Why is spider considered as a saprotrophic

Spiders are considered as saprophytic because it consumes the dead and decaying organic matter. Spiders inject digestive enzymes into the prey to absorb all the required nutrients from the organic matter in the form of liquid.


They take out the flush and tissues from the prey. So spiders are called as

saprotrophic.
