Why is that the organs can't be taken just from anybody ,why doctors check

Organs can't be taken just from anybody cz firstly doctors have to check '' tissue matching'' so that the body of the recipient doesn't reject that organ and also immuno-suppressives are given to that person to suppress the immune response against the organ transplanted.
