the rate of evaporation increases on increasing the surface of area of the liquid so if the surface area of a liquid exposed to the air is increased the rate of evaporation of liquid increases if we spread out the wash white clothes while trying to increase their surface area of the Rapid evaporation of water present in them with slips to Quikr drying of wet clothes so the rate of evaporation of liquid can be increased by increasing the surface area of the liquid due to this clothes dry up more quickly
