air circulating in middle attitude anticyclonic because in our Earth there are so many layers like stratosphere troposphere etc

so there is a space where different things are done like in one layer the nitrogen purifiers and in another layer oxygen purifiers like that there are so many of layers and so many of natural gases are purified there
