The name of gas is OXYGEN.

Because the molecular formula of water is H2O, SO it have two molecules of oxygen atom and one molecule of hydrogen atom as shown below, that's why it has double amount of gas in beaker containing oxygen.

The chemical reaction involved in the electrolysis of water is From the above reaction it is clear that the amount of hydrogen gas and the oxygen gas formed are always in the ratio of 2:1. Therefore the volume of gas collected in the first test tube isdouble the volume of the gas collectedin second test tube.
