Hey

Antony’s speech is more effective because he appeals to the basic sentiments of the common people. i.e. the mob. He very cleverly directs his speech towards Caesars greatness as a human being. He, in that way, arouses their basic instinct of revenge against the conspirators. He does so by stating from will that Caesar’s has left everything to them.

hope this helps

Antony's speech appeals to the emotion of Romans. He uses emotion as a powerful weapon.

He is a clever statesman who knew the skills of speaking. He showed the wounds of Caesar to the crowd.  He was smart enough to keep mentioning the will of Caesar.

He could set the crowds to mutiny because he focused on the good that Caesar had done to Rome, like defeating other kings and bringing back captives.

He was cautious not to say anything against the murderers in the beginning. He kept on calling them 'honourable'.

So,in a nut shell, his speech was more effective because he was a good orator and swayed the Romans emotionally.

Hope it helped!
