why is the atomic mass number is a whole number

any substance will have mass there is no such thing which occupies space but does not have mass so it will never go in negative hence it is always a whole number

extra:- an object whose mass goes in negative is called anti-mass

it is because atoms are very very small particles which we cant see with our naked eyes and even with microscope so these atoms cannot been divided into 2 so those are in whole numbers
