The deccan plateau of is full crates and mountains with is not suitable for irrigation. India has tropical monsoon type of climate which is unreliable, uncertain etc. Although we have sufficient land but it is decreasing with the increasing population. There fore there is high demand for land in large scale construction. If this continues agriculture of decreases this can also lead to national income comes down. The soil also becomes infertile...
