All the Blood groups are not same due to the Different Antigens present over RBC.....suppose if you have Blood Group A then your RBC will be A but the Antigen will be B , if B then RBC will be B but antigen will be A ..... and Suppose If accident happens and lot of Blood has been lost of Blood group A then he should be given the blood which has blood group A , if you give B then the person may die bcoz Blood group B has antigen A and Blood group A has antigen B and RBC as A then Antigen A of B blood group will kill RBC A.....Thank you
