The body cavity of cockroach is called as Haemocoel because, it has open circulatory system.

Explanation:

It is called open circulatory system because, blood vessels open into spaces and not into the separate blood capillaries and so the blood is in direct contact with the tissues.

The blood of the cockroach is colorless plasma called hemolymph containing numerous white corpuscles. It has no hemoglobin or respiratory pigment and so is colorless and does not take part in respiration. The blood fills all spaces in around the organs.
