Why is the bond angle in fof in f2o smaller than the bond angle clocl in cl2o?

The bond angle of Cl2O is greater than OF2 because in Cl2O oxygen has more electro-negativity than chlorine. Hence the shared electron pair is closer to oxygen which in turn get more closer to each other. Thus offer repulsion and increase in angle.
