1) Centrosomes are specialized microtubule organizers, which do not occur in most of the plants.
2) But it doesn't mean that plant cells can't organize spindle fibers.
3) Yes, plants can form necessary spindle fibers, because they have microtubules and some specific enzyme which can organize them into spindle fibers. These spindle fibers do their work, i.e. sepration of chromosomes at anaphase stage.
4) And in this way they can do the rest processes of cell division which are necessary for plant growth.
