Obviously because it’s the largest continent in the world.
From the Tundras of the North Asia to the Desert of the West and Central Asia to the Mountain Ranges of the Himalayas and to the Tropical Rainforests of Southeast Asia. Everything other continents have, Asia has it all in one.
It spans from 1° 16′ N up to 77° 43′ N latitude and 26° 4′ E to 169° 40′ W longitude. That’s how huge the coverage of the Asian continent is.
Speaking of diversity, it’s not only climate that is diverse, but also races, ethnicities, cultures, traditions and religions.

Asia is a massive continent, stretching from polar regions to the equator, so naturally there is a vast difference in the climate. Other factors, such as parts being near seas and oceans and other areas being much further from them, and things like the various landforms all contribute too.
