So, here are my thoughts on the topic-

1. Women are physically weak.
2. Fundamental rule - The Weak Are Killed And Eaten.
3. From ancient times women are exploited because of this reason.

Now after human brain evolution people start to understand role of equality for a greater quality of life.

Then to many people have not developed their brain fully so its like halfway reached process.
