Why is the current in series circuit is same and potential difference is different.and also why potential difference is same and current is different in parallel circuit?

It boils down to what is current. So, current is flow of electrons. If two resistors are in series, then all the electrons flowing through the first resistor will flow through the second resistor as well. Where else can the electrons go? So the current law is essentially the same as conservation of charge. Similarly, the voltage law is essentially the same as conservation of energy.
