solid have very high densities as compared to liquuds . gases have vwry low .densties as compared to liquids.

Density of solids is mostly higher than that of liquids ; reason for this is --
however volume of liquids is larger than volume of solids, it is bcz of expanding movement of a fluid of liquid that solid doesn't possess. The liquids always have lower density bcz they have larger volume but yet the same mass.
