Answer:Brazil had a huge industrial growth in the last decade. So it has become one of the leading destinations for foreign investors in industry, along with Russia, China and India.

But even though it occupies a strong position globally, there are big issues, especially in the eastern part. One of the biggest problems represents the workforce in the area. This part of the country is still one of the poorest. Even if it is highly industrialized on mining, it only generates 14% of the country’s GDP. With more than 28% of the entire country population living here, because of the local low standards of life, a lot of people are living the area for richer cities in the south.

Also, the country has passed a very big crisis, due to 2009 global economic crisis. The mineral production dropped and caused a reduction in exports, losing many foreign investors.

Brazil’s mineral production in the east will depend of the discovery of new technology, find new foreign investors, while also increase the state’s control over natural resources.

Mining not developed in western part of the Brazil because of the lack of knowledge and esoteric due to the forest cover and river basins. Explanation: Brazil is rich in many natural resources, such as manganese, bauxite, iron ore and coal, which contribute to its national income in large measures.
