Why is the enzyme cellulase used for isolating genetic material from plant cells but not for animal cells?

Plant cells have cellulose in their cell wall which can be degraded using the enzyme cellulase forisolating the genetic material DNA. On the other hand, animals cells wall does not contain cellulose insulation. Hence, cellulaseis not required for isolating DNA.

plants cell wall is made up of cellulose so,

Enzyme cellulase is used to digest plant cell wall.

but in animals cell wall is made up of protein and lipida..so
enzyme protease and lipases is used to digest animal cell wall.

similarly in case of fungi...cell wall is made up of chitin
so,
enzyme protease , lipases and chitinase is used to digest cell wall of fungi.
