why is the follow of signals in a synapse from axonal and of one neuron of dendritic end of other neuron but not the reverse?​

Signals in a synapse flow from axonal end of one neuron to dendritic end of another neuron but not the reverse because when this electrical signal after reaching the axonal end releases a chemical. This chemical then moves towards the dendrite end of the other neuron.

the signals at the end of the neuron are carried by the neurotransmitters present in the vacoules . which through the pre-synaptic membrane enters the synaptic cleft the then r binded to specific receptors present in the post-synaptic membrane which allow the flow to signals futhur.
