Why is the given orbital diagram not possible?

I don't see anything wrong with it it obeys Pauli's exclusion principle (in all the shells the electrons are present in opposite spin)as well as the hunds rule(all the shells inside the ORBITALS are first half ly filled then the opposite spin is placed ) for eg see the picture below
