There are two M.P that are the foundation of Indian Constitution to be known as living Constitution
- Because it was implemented in India , it is implemented in India , it will be implemented in India towards it's decline
- Because our constitution is a mixture of many constitution of gulf countries like france ,etc. our constitution has the different kinds of law which are made by thinking through all the angles
