Raw materials, labour, land, nearness to market all play important roles for the location of industry.But..but...but least cost of all these is of atmosphere importance.
Reason: Capital is invested firstly,
moreover industries are set up in the outskirts of a city to avoid pollution. So,low cost allows you to help decide the location of an industry. Also, industrialists always yearn for high profit making at low capital investment. So,they search for places where all the industrial equipment is available at "least cost"
thanks
