why is the life in the hills difficult ​

The life of people living in the hills is difficult b'cause of the deficiency of infrastructures like street lights, concrete roads.

Also, there is no school in such places and if there is any school the education there is not up to mark 'coz teachers don't give full attention.

Also, people need to cross bridges, which may take life in just a second.

And as hills are remote to the urban area there is no transportation, and lack of awareness.
