All are correct is the correct option.

  • Lightining rods are usually metllic rods that hold property of conduction. They guide the light to ground in case of buildings and water in case of ships.
  • Cause of fire, in absence of lightining rods, due to lightning in buildings is due to transfer of heat through non conducting area, which in turn heats up due to high resistance subsequently resulting in fire.
