HEY!!
here is ur answer....

Loksabha, the lower house of parliament , is more powerful than the upper house i.e. Rajyasabha because of the following reasons:

1. Members of Loksabha are directly elected by citizen of country so it represents the voices of common Indian.

2. In democracy number matters and clearly Loksabha has a edge over Rajyasabha in term of numbers.

3. The fate of government depends on its strength in Loksabha. The point of time a government loses its vote of trust in Loksabha it has to resign.

4. Money bill can only be introduced in Loksabha and the upper house has to pass it in 15 days.

5. If there is any dispute on any bill between the Loksabha and Rajyasabha then fate of bill is decided in joint conference where views of Loksabha is most likely to prevail because of its strength count.

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU.....

Answer:

The Lok Sabha has certain powers that make it more powerful than the Rajya Sabha. Motions of no confidence against the government can be introduced and passed in the Lok Sabha. This is because the Constitution of India has only made the Union Council of ministers responsible to the Lok Sabha, not to the Rajya Sabha.
