Why is the moon sometimes out in the day? NEED HELP!!!!!!

as we all know that moon has light due to suns light it captures the sunlight but some times Sun's light may be more that Moon's so that is why I think

Secondly, the duration for which it is above the horizon of Earth coincides with the sun, making it possible to be seen during the daytime.
