Why is the ocean level rising day by day?

Due to human activities. Humans have been cutting down trees( as trees make the atmosphere cool). This resulted in Global Warming(rising up temperatures on earth). Due to this the glaciers and ice caps have been melting and penguins been endangered species. Due to the melting of the glaciers ocean level is rising day by day.
