why is the peninsular plateau of India is considered to be a part of Gondwanaland hundreds of million years ago

because initially India is in the path of Panagea but after it is divided and froms panegea named as angaraland and gondwanaland india is in Gondwana land is also known as South part of panegea so India is lying in the gondwanaland so India is called as Gondwana land

This is because earlier the peninsular platieau was a part of the gondwana land which later tore apart to collide with the eurasian plate(indo-euro)
