The poet titled the poem Dear Mr. Examiner because the girl was not knowing anything that's why she said thank you so much for your questions I've read them all carefully through but there isn't a single one that i know the answer to.
she was not knowing any answer that's why she was looking here and there. like mandy has written ten pages but it's probably frightenedful guff and angela smythe is copying the answers off her cuff.

The poem is titled "Dear Mr. Examiner" as the boy decided to write a letter to the Examiners he didn't know the answer to any of the questions which was in the exam paper.
