Answer:

Explanation:It is the Prime Minister who chooses the President. One can become President only if majority of MPs support him / her, and the majority rests with the party or the alliance of the Prime Minister. So the President remains obliged and favours the Prime Minister.

The President is generally a member of one or the other political party, and generally he / she is not the tallest one. (He/ she will always mentally consider that the Prime Minister is his / her boss).

Indian constitution gives very limited powers to the President. Any bill passed by the parliament can only be delayed by the president or he / she can return it with his remarks. But if the parliament passes it again, he / she will have to sign it and it will become the law.

The President is not a monk. He / she is a family person. His / Her children need to be adjusted somewhere in the party or the government.

One the other side, the Prime Minister enjoy ALL THE POWERS. The Prime Minister has the majority support. He / she can get any, I repeat, any bill passed in the parliament. Opposition can make noises, walk out, stall the parliament for some time but it cannot stall the passing of all the bills. MOST OF THE BILLS ARE PASSED WITHOUT ANY DEBATE IN THE PARLIAMENT.
