Why is the profit and loss on Revolution not transferred to a new partner capital account

revaluation profit is generated from the revaluation of the old asset and liabilities.the new partner haven't any right on such asset and liabilities till his appointment so the revaluation profit from the old asset and liabilities are distributed to old partners in thier old profit sharing ratio.
