Why is the radial wave function of s orbital is non zero at nucleus, while for other orbital its zero??

Answer:

The dimensions of the nucleus are several orders of magnitude less than that of the atom. So when we plot the probability distribution or density associated with any orbital, we start from r=0, where the position corresponding to 0 is just outside the nucleus
