The rate of photosynthesis is maximum at optimum temperature which is 30- 40 0C. At lower temperature rate of photosynthesis is low because the enzymes involved in the reaction are less efficient at lower temperature.

Hope this helps you

The rate of photosynthesis is maximum at optimum temperature. At lower temperature rate of photosynthesis is low and vice versa because the enzymes like chlorophyll and plastics like chloroplasts involved in the reaction cannot work faster.
