Why is the rate of population on growth in kenya a problem for the country

I would say, not only Kenya, population growth all over the world becomes a concerning issue when uncontrolled. It raises a major issue of unemployment and a greater demand for other resources. This may not be be a issue for developed economy but a burden for weaker once.
