why is the shadow of a bird flying high not seen on earth??​

HEY MATE!!

There’s shadow when light’s blocked. the bird’s body is very small compared to the celestial objects we are dealing with here. and light gets blocked by the birds, but by the time it reaches the ground, the shadow vanishes, because rays of light reach the ground. even without refraction.

this is becoz

the bird's shadow is flying with a speed same as the bird

and

another fact is that

the light is bend by the molecules in atmosphere

hence

it doesn't cast shadow
