Gases and particles in Earth's atmosphere scatter sunlight in all directions. Blue light is scattered more than other colors because it travels as shorter, smaller waves. This is why we see a blue sky most of the time.

the wavelength of Blue light Is muck lower( it is Minimum) than wavelength of Any other light and on incidenting on suspended particles in air it gets absorbed and gets re radiated in atmosphere Following Relics scattering criteria which is I( intensity of scattered light ) is inversely proportional to Lambda( wavelength of Incident light ) Hence the blue colour of light is Scattered Highest And maximum and other colours scatter less hence sky appers blue
