Hi,
Here is the answer to your query:-

Sky is blue in colour because molecules in the air scatter blue light from the sun more than they scatter red light.
Also,
When we look towards the sun at sunset, we see red and orange colours because the blue light has been scattered out and away from the line of sight.

Thanks
@SHIVAM

Hey mate!

=> Why the sky is blue in colour ?!

ANSWER :
~~~~~~~~
<> Our earth's atmosphere consists of various gases like O2, CO2 , N2 etc..
<> Also, the sun light consists of several rainbow colours...
<> When, sunlight reachs the earth's atmosphere... These atmospheric gases scatters the light.
<> While scattering, red and purple colours are scattered more.. Bt we cannot see them with our eyes..
<> Nxt blue is scattered.. So, that's y we are seeing the BLUE SKY!
<> Some, times sky appers red.. this is due to scattering of red light... more than blue!
<> We cannot see the blue sky in night.. Cuz, of the absence of sun
Hope it helps...
