Why is the soil near riverbank particularly good for agriculture?

U2 river deposits a large amount of alluvium is deposited in that soil which is very good for agriculture

hi!

this is because the rivers leave many minerals on the sides while flowing.these minerals are good for plant growth and make the soil fertile.
