why is the sound of baby diffrent from an adult

The reason is different is because a baby hasn't developed the vocal cords to talk like kids or adults. Kids talks are different from adults due to puberty. A baby’s way of talking will change maybe around 4 or 5 when it enters childhood. A child's way of talking starts to change when it hits the be puberty which is around 12-13.
