Why is the speed of light an absolute quatity not a relative ?

Only proof no theorem and no wrong answer or be reported and mind that noone will write "i dont know the anwer" or any thing else like that or will be reported.​

Maxwell's equations imply that the motion of a source of light does not affect the speed of its propagation because its speed of propagation is dependent on the medium of a vacuum. In other words, you can not PROPEL light any faster (or slower) than the speed of light, c, the vacuum will always dictate its speed
