Answer:

In Equator warm air begin light due to warming of air...and warn air has tendency to rise ....so the air rises creating low pressure in the Subpolar region having latitudes 60°North to 65°South of the Equator

Now,Rotation of Earth force air particles toward the Equator creating a low pressure belt...

This make the formation of Subpolar low pressure belt..
