The title of the source is in quotation mark because it is a newspaper article due to the following reasons:

- The title of the source "Were you related to coal miner" ? word in quotation mark instead of underlying because it is a newspaper article. by M.J Quentin.

- Newspapers articles or the books articles are considered as full works whose title should be italicized.

- Quotation should be put on the title of the article.

- The Chicago manual of Style says: shorter works like title of articles, chapters should not be underlined but enclosed in quotation marks and are set in Roman.
