The exact value of pie is not known yet,it is an irrational no.But 22/7 is rational no.Many great scientists auch as Abert Einsteins , pythagoras like mathematicians tries to find its value , but they were unabel to find its value.They found its value upto 1.43 billion. So,they took 22/7as an approprimate value.
