Here is the answer :-

Q - Why water cycle is called a "cycle"?

Answer :-

Water is a complete natural process in which water changes into different states like from solid to liquid and from liquid to gas.

In this process, the water from the seas Oceans and other water bodies evaporates and forms cloud in the atmosphere. this loud is in the state of gas and when it is condensed by the cool air it changes its state to water again and falls down to the ground in the form of rainwater. this rainwater again collects at the water bodies and it is again evaporated.

This process continues .

Hence , it is called a cycle or cyclic process .
