Why is their stickiness while eating lady finger (bhindi) and colocassia????

The lady finger and the colocassia have too much moisture in them. By this moisture they are sticky and because of this while we are eating the both the lady finger or even colocassia there is stickiness in both of them. mucilage and the moisture is the substance that is what which make lady finger and colocassia sticky. Therefore I conclude that the moisture in them makes them sticky.

there is stickiness while eating lady finger (bhindi) and colocassia because of the presence of moisture in them  and it is mosture which makes them sticky.

the sticky item is called mucilage which acts as a replacement for plasma
