there is the need for resource planning because:-

1) there are some limited resources which are to be handled or used carefully.

2)resource planning will help us to use resources for a great time or more time

1. rapid population growth has resulted in over utilisation of the natural resources
2. unequal distribution has led to over utilisation
3. there is a urgent need to balance between population , resource planning and conservation , otherwise mankind will have to face dire consequences
