Why is there a need of Prime minister in fact the President is present in our country ?

It depends on the constitution of the country. If the constitution were written that President would have all the power, then that would be the case.
In Indian democracy, PM is supposed to be elected by the ruling party which wins general elections by a majority.
President is supposed to supervise the activities of the government, approve or reject (ask for modifications) ordinances. So President serves as an overseeing person and to dismiss government in case of bad governments. President serves as a check point to the government.
