country needs much resources like coal , petroleum , iron , etc.

This all comes from our environment .

we are exploiting our resources and don't think what will happen when it gets exhausted .

it affects the economic condition of India.
our GDP fall . our national income fall or the condition of India at international market become low .

unemployment level rose . all industries which run on coal, petroleum all set off .

so,

to get away off from the such problems we need to planning of resources .

planning of resources means consumption of resource in an efficient manner or protection of resources exploitation from such greedy peoples who use excess resources for filling his own greed.
