why is there a need to harness non-conventional sources of energy

 There is need to harness non conventional sources of energy because fossil fuels are non renewable sources of energy as they take millions of years to form, and reserves are being used much faster than new ones are being made. Thus there is need to explore other sources of energy rather than finishing the existing ones.

1. the conventional sources are going to end up soon.
2. they are less or non polluting.
3. they will last long.
4. they are sustainable.
