The need to research modern art techniques and practice are as follows-

1. With developing technology in every aspect, the Art community is no less. It has perceived massive development in the techniques and practice of art.

2. Artists have to keep up with the fast pace developments related to the world of art to keep up with the art community.

3. A major advancement in modern art is digitalization.

4. Digital arts have almost taken over traditional art. Artists are getting used to digital paintings resembling graphic designs.

5. Contemporary art did not use as much technology as used in modern art like artificial intelligence and 3D printers.

6. It is important for the artist to research the new practices because that will keep them blended with the developing art society. Backward methods are often not welcomed and are getting extinct. The artist can add his own unique touch to the new methods or inculcate an amalgamation of traditional and new technology.
